General civil construction integrated with RNR's trading and civil-maintenance
expertise. Established in 2020, the company delivers structures and
integrated systems that power projects from the ground up. Recent work includes
the Al Mouj boundary wall — full construction from foundation to finishing —
and the Nizwa Omantel Data Centre milestone, a telecom-grade facility built
to high industry standards.

Durable and stylish flooring solutions for residential and industrial needs.
We advise on material, slip resistance and maintenance for living areas,
offices, corridors and heavy-use zones. Recent work: squash-court wooden-floor
replacement at Renaissance Fahud with new SPC flooring, under-layer coat and
anti-termite treatment.
Seamless, chemical-resistant coatings for long-lasting surface protection.
Proper grinding, priming and multi-coat application give garages,
warehouses and hygienic rooms an easy-to-clean professional finish. Recent work: Al Mouj cycling track (approx.
250 sq.m concrete plus 900 sq.m asphalt, ground and coated with high-grade epoxy),
Renaissance Duqm laundry (approx. 2,000 sq.m) and Renaissance Qarnalam
central kitchen (approx. 400 sq.m).

Civil Maintenance
Reliable upkeep and repair services for buildings and structures. We
diagnose cracks, plaster failure, ceiling and masonry defects early so
small issues do not become costly repairs. Recent work: Renaissance Mabela
sandwich-panel rectification with 26-G profile sheet, C30-grade crack repair
and approx. 700 sq.m of Hempadur external painting.

End-to-end custom villa building with quality and precision — foundation
and structure through finishing, external works and handover, with MEP
and joinery interfaces coordinated under one contractor. Recent work: premium
villa renovation in Samail — design updates to quality finishes, tailored to
the customer's requirements.

HVAC Work
Efficient heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system installations.
Correct sizing, neat ducting, insulation, drainage and controls keep
villas, offices, shops and storage rooms comfortable and efficient. Recent work: Renaissance Mabela chilled-water pipeline
supply and installation, cold-room reinsulation and approx. 900 r.m of cladded,
insulated external pipe — plus Carrier chiller and freezer servicing at the Daleel site in Ibri,
holding 3.5°C and −15°C.

Waterproofing Scope
Advanced treatments to protect buildings from water damage. Roofs,
bathrooms, basements, tanks and external walls are prepared, treated
with membranes/coatings and tested before the final finishes are applied. Recent work: Billionaire Restaurant roof at
Jawharat Al Shatti, Qurum — 30×30 terrazzo tiles with waterproofing over
approx. 400 sq.m.

Plumbing and Painting
Complete internal and external plumbing and painting services — pipelines,
sanitary ware, pumps and drainage, plus crack filling, putty, primer
and washable top coats inside and out. Recent work: International Marble Gallery,
Qurum — approx. 490 r.m of copper pipe replaced with heavy-duty PRP piping,
fittings, waterproofing and cora-cloth wrapping.
