RENOVATED VILLA - SUMAIL
We recently completed the renovation of a premium villa, tailored entirely to our customer's requirements. From design updates to quality finishes, every detail was crafted with care and precision. We're proud to have delivered a result that brought complete satisfaction to the client — a perfect blend of style, comfort, and quality workmanship.
AL MOUJ SKIRTING LINE CYCLING TRACK – EPOXY PAINTING
Completed renovation of existing concrete path of approx. 250 sq mt and asphalt path of approx. 900 sq.m with grinding and painting of High Grade Epoxy Coating.
RENOVATION OF LAUNDRY WITH CIVIL WORK & EPOXY FOR RENAISSANCE DUQM
- Completed Renovation of approx. 2000 sq. m of laundry floor with High Grade of Epoxy Coating.
- Constructed approx. 100 sq.m of concrete slope for facilitating the Laundry Operation.
- Constructed Stainless Steel Drainage System and installed UPVC Windows.
- Connected external drainage line with the Main line by removing the existing Asphalt and re-do of Asphalt Works.
- Completed External Painting of the laundry walls
RENAISSANCE CENTRAL STORES MABELLA – HVAC PIPE MAINTENANCE & PIPE RAPPING WITH CLIDING
- Completed Supply and Installation of Chilled Water Pipeline.
- Completed Reinsulation and Fixing of Internal Cold Room Refrigeration Pipe Thermal Insulation and Aluminium fabrication of Drain Tray and Installation beneath the Pipeline Work.
- Completed approx. 900 r.m of external Pipe with Cliding work and Thermal Insulation
RENAISSANCE CENTRAL STORES MABELLA – RENOVATION WITH PAINTING
- Completed the rectification of Sandwich Panel by fixing new 26-G Profile Sheet on the damage area with water proofing.
- Completed Removal of existing concrete in between the slab and Corroded Sandwich Panel area and applied C30 Grade at the Crack joint.
- Completed the external wall painting of approx. 700 sq.m with High Grade of Hempadure Paint
JAWHARAT AL SHATI COMPLEX QURAM – WATER PROOFING & CIVIL MAINTENANCE
Completed Supply and Installation of 30 x 30 Terrazo Tiles with Water Proofing at Billionaire Restaurant Roof Area – approx. 400 Sq.m
RENAISSANCE QARNALAM – FULL KITCHEN RENOVATION WITH EPOXY COATING
- Completed civil and maintenance work for Kitchen and Bakery Tiles of size 30 x 30 cm approx. 900 sq.m area.
- Completed Epoxy coating work of approx. 400 sq.m at the Central Kitchen
RENAISSANCE BP KHAZZAN FIRE HYDRANT SHIFTING & CIVIL SCOPE
Completed Civil Work of Replacing of Existing Defective Two Fire Hydrant to another designated area with the new Fire Hydrant provided by the client.
RENAISSANCE FAHUD SQUASH COURT RENOVATION OF CIVIL WORK
- Completed the Removal of Defective Wooden Flooring of the Squash Court and replaced with same new SPC Flooring Size of approx. 645 x 975 cm.
- Completed applying of Under Layer Coat and Extra Coating of Anti Termite Treatment before the Installation.
RENAISSANCE / SAKAN FACILITY SERVICE - DALEEL SITE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF CHILLER AND FREEZER
Completed servicing jobs at Daleel site for Carrier make chiller and freezer by spraying water jet and blower. Checked all electrical contacts, temperature, and pressures. Maintaining inside temperature of 3.5°C for chiller and -15°C for freezer.
PIPELINE REPLACEMENT WORKS – INTERNATIONAL MARBLE GALLERY, QURUM
RNR Trading & Distribution SPC successfully completed a comprehensive pipeline upgrade project at the International Marble Gallery in Qurum. The scope of work covered approximately 490 running meters of existing 1" and 1.5" copper pipes, which were fully replaced with heavy-duty PRP piping systems .
Our team ensured complete installation including all required fittings, accessories, and waterproofing works. To enhance durability and long-term protection, the newly installed pipelines were secured with cora cloth wrapping.
